Members of the Sisters of the Holy Spirit asked STN community for help this month as they gather backpacks and school supplies for children in need ahead of the new academic year.
The order collected new backpacks along with essentials such as notebooks, pencils, folders, and other classroom supplies. Donated items were assembled into ready-to-use backpacks and distributed to students in local families who might otherwise start the school year without basic materials.
Both STN Men’s Club and KoC #7331 were financial supporters for the worthy event.
